How far in advance should I book you?Booking in advance is advisable to secure your date. We recommend reaching out at least 6-12 months before your wedding day to ensure availability. Don't hesitate to reach out and see if we're available.

How do we reserve our date?Reserving your date is easy. First, we meet up and make sure we’re a good fit! Then a non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure our services. Details on payment methods and schedules can be found in our contract.

Do you have a second photographer/videographer as part of your collections?Yes, we offer add on services that include a second photographer/videographer to ensure comprehensive coverage and capture all the special moments from different perspectives. Additional photographers and videographers are sometimes required for larger weddings. Check out our Collections page for more info.

You offer free engagement shoots; what if I don't want an engagement shoot/already had an engagement shoot?We completely understand that not everyone may be in need of an engagement shoot, or perhaps you've already had one. We're more than happy to be flexible and offer alternatives such as a 1-year anniversary shoot or a maternity/newborn shoot. Life is full of beautiful moments worth capturing, and we're here to help you celebrate and preserve those special times.

Do you release negatives or the photos that you don't send to us?Our artistic process involves careful curation, and only the edited, finished products will be delivered to you. We may sell the RAW files for an additional fee, feel free to ask!

How do you deliver the finished photos and film?Your edited photos and films will be delivered digitally with a private link, with the option of it being password protected and completely private, or public for family and friends to see.

How much do you charge?Our pricing details are available on our “Collections” page or can be obtained by reaching out to us directly. We offer various collections to accommodate different needs and budgets.

Do you do destination weddings?Yes, we are available for destination weddings. Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodation, and related expenses. We offer discounts depending on the date and location, just ask!

Can we meet up before I book?Absolutely! We encourage an initial meeting to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and ensure we're the right fit for your special day. We actually won’t shoot a wedding without meeting with you first!

Where are you located?We are based in Kyle, Texas. We typically cover from Austin to San Antonio without charging extra travel fees. We’re willing to travel further if travel fees are covered. We’ve traveled as far as New York to shoot before.

What happens in the event of an emergency?In case of an emergency, we have a network of photography and videography professionals to ensure your event is covered. We will communicate promptly and transparently with you.

How do ensure no media is lost?We take multiple precautions, including shooting redundantly (our cameras record to two SD cards at the same time), and off boarding the data to multiple hard drives and cloud locations to minimize the risk of data loss. Your memories are our top priority. Are we paranoid? Yeah.

What equipment will you bring?We invest significantly each year in the latest camera technology, lenses, and supporting equipment. As technology continues to evolve rapidly, we are committed to staying at the forefront to ensure your wedding receives the best possible coverage. Your special day deserves nothing but the latest advancements. Currently, our preferred brand is Sony, a choice that aligns with our dedication to delivering cutting-edge quality and innovation.

We feel awkward in front of a camera, can you help?Absolutely! We strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Engagement sessions are also available to help you get comfortable with us and in front of the camera.

How many images will I get back?The number of images depends on various factors, but we typically deliver between 300-800 edited photos.

What do your collections include?Our collections vary and can include a range of services such as photography, videography, engagement sessions, rehearsal dinners, and more. Check our Collections page for more details options. Feel free to ask questions or challenge us to create something new!

Do you have insurance?Yes, we are fully insured, providing peace of mind for both us and our clients.

Do you shoot more than one wedding in a day or weekend?Nooooo, not a chance! We focus on one event per weekend to ensure our full attention is devoted to capturing the magic of your day. Plus, that sounds exhausting.

What is your policy on breaks and food?We eat when you eat. Typically we only require that dinner be served to us at the same time it’s serve to you. No one wants shots of them while eating, so that’s the ideal time for us to take a break and eat.

Do you retain copyright for the photos and films?Yes, as per copyright law. However, you will have unlimited personal use rights for the delivered product to share, post, and print as you’d like.

Do you reserve the right to publish photos and films?We may showcase some of your stunning moments on social media for promotional purposes, but your privacy matters and we will always show you in a positive light. We're flexible regarding image sharing. Your comfort is our priority, and we'll respect your wishes regarding the use of your photos. Yet, we hope you'll agree – your photos are truly share-worthy!

How many hours of coverage do you provide?We offer full-day shoots. That’s averages between 10-12 hours most of the time. We shot for as long as 16 hours, and as little as 3 hours before.

How long will it take to receive my edited photos and film?We aim to deliver your edited photos and films within 8 weeks, ensuring you receive your cherished memories promptly.

Do you offer engagement sessions?Yes, engagement sessions are available and can be included in some of our collections. We always recommend engagement shoots as they’re a great way to get relaxed both with us as your photographer/videographer and just in front of the camera in general.

Do you provide a written contract?Yes, we provide a detailed written contract that outlines all terms and conditions after we have our coffee chat or zoom call.

What does your team wear to weddings?It depends on the time of the year, but we typically wear all black with our branding. We can dress as formal or relaxed as necessary, we always ask if there would be a preferred attire beforehand.
